Your catalogue at wholesale
1. Pricing rules
Volume tier discounts a tier applies when the order reaches either the dollar or the unit threshold; the best tier wins
Commission and discount rates are numbers you enter. This page makes no claim about what any marketplace charges today; check their current terms.

3. Order simulator
Enter quantities as a retailer might order. The minimum is checked on the discounted total; tiers are chosen from the subtotal before discount.

What order do I need?
It scales the quantities above (or one case of every priced product if they are empty) in whole sets, rounded up to case packs, until your profit target and your minimums are met.

What it does and does not do
- Maths in whole cents. Wholesale price comes from the strategy you pick (or a per-product override), then the rounding rule. Retailer margin is (MSRP − wholesale) ÷ MSRP. Your margin is (wholesale − cost) ÷ wholesale.
- Keystone check. Keystone pricing gives the retailer 50% of the shelf price. Many boutiques expect that or more, so the tool flags a retailer margin below the floor you set (45% by default).
- Commission is your input. Type a percentage to see your margin after a marketplace takes it. The tool does not know any marketplace's current terms, first-order rules or payment fees.
- Not modelled: shipping you pay, returns and markdown allowances, payment processing fees, sales tax and resale certificates, currency conversion, customs and duties, stock levels, and per-retailer negotiated prices. Unit cost is whatever you enter; the tool does not work out your materials or labor.
Common questions
Is this wholesale line sheet maker really free?
Yes. There is no watermark, no product limit, no account and no trial. It runs in your browser, so it costs nothing to serve, and it takes no commission on your orders.
Where is my product data stored?
In your browser on this device only. Clearing site data removes it, so use Download backup now and then; the file restores on any device. Nothing is uploaded.
How do I set a wholesale price?
Pick a strategy. Keystone sets wholesale at half of MSRP. Target margin sets the price so your gross margin on wholesale hits a percentage. Multiplier sets it at a multiple of your unit cost. Any product can also carry its own wholesale price that overrides the strategy.
What margin should a retailer keep?
Many boutiques look for roughly half of the shelf price, which is keystone, but expectations vary by category and shop. The tool shows the retailer margin for every item and flags any below a floor you choose, so you can decide whether to lower wholesale or raise MSRP.
Does it include marketplace fees such as Faire's?
No. Marketplaces set their own commission and terms and change them, so check the current terms yourself. Type any commission percentage into the pricing rules to see your margin and profit after it.
How do I get a PDF line sheet?
Press Print / Save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the destination. Only the line sheet is printed, not the editor. It shows wholesale price, MSRP, SKU and case pack, and never your cost or margins.
Can I bring in products from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste rows or choose a CSV file. A header row is recognised by name (product, SKU, cost, MSRP, case pack, wholesale), and without one the columns are read in that order. You can export the same format back out.
Is this legal, tax or financial advice?
No. It does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Pricing, sales tax, resale certificates and contract terms depend on your business and location.
