Start a sunglasses line: your logo on a frame a factory already makes.

Most small eyewear brands start by branding a stock frame: choose the shape and size, the frame and lens colours, put the logo on the temple and the case, and order a first run. This page does that plan with you: it draws the frame to scale, costs each pair from your factory's prices, and drafts the quote request, including the safety test reports to ask for.

Questions

What does 52□18-145 on sunglasses mean?

Lens width 52 mm, bridge 18 mm, temple (arm) length 145 mm. The total frame width is about two lens widths plus the bridge plus a few millimetres of rim and hinge each side.

What do I need to sell my own sunglasses in the EU?

In the EU and UK sunglasses are personal protective equipment, category I. Ask the factory for an EN ISO 12312-1 test report, the filter category to mark on the temple, and a declaration of conformity. In the US, sunglasses need the FDA impact-resistance (drop-ball) test. Check the current rules for your market; this is not legal advice.
