A pair that "sold for $150" can land a lot less in your account once the seller fee (which depends on your Seller Level), the payment processing fee, and the shipping label cost come out — and what's left still has to clear what you paid for the item. This free calculator finds real net payout and net profit for one sale, then rolls your whole month up into a number you can check against a profit goal.
Your sale inputs above are saved locally in this browser so you don't retype them next time. A shareable link puts the same numbers in the URL fragment — nothing is uploaded. Your month list below is never saved.
Wondering whether this pair would net more somewhere else? The where-to-sell calculator ranks StockX against eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, a direct sale and your own store on the same item — it opens with the price, cost and shipping above already filled in and StockX switched on, so there is nothing to retype. It hands numbers back the other way too.

What a Seller Level change is worth
Seller fee

vs. now / month
Your sale above re-priced at each fee rate you list, with your Fast Shipping discount, processing, shipping and supplies unchanged. Read each level's rate off your own seller dashboard; none is assumed here. Not saved.
This is a planning floor from the numbers you typed, not your actual payout statement. It does not add StockX's own currency conversion, promotional fee waivers, or bulk-listing tools unless you fold those into the rates you enter yourself. It never verifies authenticity, tracks inventory, or replaces reading your own seller dashboard.

For each sale, run it through the calculator above and enter its net profit here. Blank or zero rows are ignored. Nothing you type here is saved or uploaded — refreshing the page clears it.

Everything on this page runs in your browser and nothing is ever uploaded. Your sale inputs (sale price, cost basis, seller fee, Fast Shipping discount, payment processing, shipping cost, other per-sale costs) and your target monthly profit are saved locally on this device so you don't retype them next time — Reset to defaults clears them, and Copy shareable link puts them in a URL fragment your browser never sends anywhere. Your sale rows in the month table are a different promise: they are never saved anywhere, and closing or refreshing the tab clears them. There is no account. We count only anonymous local feature events (sale-priced, month-check, link-copied, reset, handoff_where_to_sell, sponsor_link_clicked) so we can tell whether the calculator gets used — no sale prices, items, or profit figures are recorded, and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control turn it off automatically.
Common questions
Why isn't the seller fee just one fixed percentage?
Because StockX's seller (transaction) fee percentage drops as your own Seller Level rises — more completed sales and a clean history earn a lower rate — and Fast Shipping enrollment knocks a further percentage off on top of that. Two sellers moving the identical item at the identical price can keep different amounts. This calculator treats both as numbers you supply from your own seller dashboard, not a fixed published rate.
Why does shipping cost matter more on a cheap item than an expensive one?
The seller fee and payment processing fee both scale with the sale price, but the cost to ship an item to a verification center is closer to a flat dollar amount regardless of what it sold for. That flat cost eats a much bigger share of a $40 sale than a $400 one, which is easy to miss if you only think in percentages.
Does this tool verify authenticity or track my inventory?
No. StockX runs its own authentication process, and this calculator never touches it. This tool only prices the payout and profit arithmetic of a sale you already made or are considering, from numbers you supply — it is not an inventory system, a sourcing tool, or a substitute for reading your own payout statement.
Does anything about my sales get uploaded?
No. Every field on this page runs in your browser only. Nothing is sent to a server, there is no account, and the sales list you type into the month section is never saved anywhere — it exists only in the page while it is open. The sale inputs above and the target monthly profit setting are different: those are saved locally on this device, so you don't retype them, and a shareable link can carry them to another device. Usage counting only tallies anonymous feature events, and you can turn it off with the button above.
