Wall heat loss now has fields on the framing page

The wall heat-loss sum (UA, design BTU/h, seasonal kBTU) that only the plan file could drive is now four fields on the Wall Framing Takeoff page.

Earlier today Wall Framing Takeoff learned to turn the effective wall R of the framing it placed into a UA, a design load and a seasonal figure. That needed insulation.assembly keys in a JSON plan. The page now has the four inputs: window U, door U, design temperature difference and heating degree-days, under the effective-R option.

Leave one blank and that piece is left out; the output says so rather than assuming a window or a climate. Fields round-trip through Save and Open plan.

How it was checked: the page test confirms the fields exist and the insulation suite (hand arithmetic) still passes. The fields themselves are source-tested only; no click-through in a browser yet. Walls only, not a Manual J load.
