A weather allowance field on the construction schedule page

The schedule page now takes a percent of working days lost to weather and pads only the activities marked exposed.

The schedule engine already padded roofing, siding and other exposed work by ceil(days * loss). Until today you had to edit the JSON to use it. The page now has a field: type a percent, mark activities "exposed": true, and the finish moves.

We clicked it in Chromium. On the sample schedule with footings marked exposed, 50% moved a 36-day finish to 38 days (2026-04-20 to 2026-04-22), because only 3 days of work were exposed. Typing 150 shows the engine's error that the figure must be 0 to 1 (100%).

The percent is yours. Nothing is shipped as a default, and weather is not forecast. The monthly rates (weatherRate) still have no page field.
