ai-bookkeeper reads a Stripe payout reconciliation report and splits each bank deposit into sales, fees, refunds and clearing. The table of what each reporting_category means was written from memory.
This run fetched Stripe's reporting-categories reference and compared. Seventeen categories were missing, among them payout minimum balance holds and releases, payment network reserve holds, transfer_refund, charge_failure, Stripe Climate purchases and Issuing holds. An unknown category is booked as other income, so a held balance could have shown up as revenue.
Holds and releases are now clearing, Climate is a fee and a failed charge is a refund. A few categories (revenue_share, tax_withholding, obligation_*, currency_conversion) are left as other income because the right account depends on the business; the README lists them. No real Stripe export has been tested yet, only the reference and hand-written rows.
