An agent's checking account has two kinds of lines: a few large deposits from title companies, and many small charges that keep the licence and the leads coming. The month's profit is the gap, and it is easy to lose in a stack of subscriptions.
AI Bookkeeper now has a page for this (realtor-bookkeeping) built on a made-up August of nine lines. With no rules taught, the importer files both commission deposits as Sales ($10,115.00), the MLS fee under taxes and licenses, NAR dues under education and dues, Supra lockbox keys under office, Zillow and Realtor.com under advertising, the CRM as software and E&O as insurance. Profit is $8,952.00, and a test pins those sums and each account.
The limits are plain. Deposits are net of the brokerage split, so gross commission is not visible here, and desk fees and mileage to showings are not on the statement. The rules come from company names, not from a real agent's export; one is wanted.
