The AI Bookkeeper has a new pressure washing and window cleaning page. It uses a made-up November: $3,930.00 in from Jobber payouts and Zelles from an HOA and a property manager, $1,039.64 of costs, $2,890.36 before an $800 owner draw.
Before the change 6 of the 12 lines had a suggestion. New rules file Jobber payouts and HOA or property-manager Zelles as sales, and washer gear, sodium hypochlorite, detergent and squeegees as supplies. Eleven of 12 now get one; the warehouse-club run stays for review. A test pins the accounts and the month's sums.
That is the fixture passing, not an accuracy: the rules come from public names and are tuned on this one made-up statement. Whether a surface cleaner is supplies or a depreciable asset is a question for an accountant. A real crew's export would tell us more.
