Reading doors made of doors: nested CAD blocks in the wall framing takeoff

The wall-framing takeoff's DXF reader now sizes door and window symbols built from other symbols, including mirrored leaves.

Architects' CAD files rarely draw a double door as one flat symbol. They insert a leaf block twice, one copy mirrored, inside a door block. The wall-framing takeoff used to see only the outer block's own lines, so such a door came out with no size or was skipped.

The DXF reader now folds the box of every block inserted inside another into the parent's box, applying the inner INSERT's position, rotation and scale (a negative scale mirrors). Cycles and unknown names are ignored. A test builds a 36 in double door from two 18 in leaves, one mirrored, and the plan gets a 36 in door at the right offset on the front wall.

Honest limits: tested on hand-written blocks only, dynamic blocks are still not read, and no real architect's DXF has been through it yet. If you have one you can share, the takeoff is free and open source.
