A house-cleaning business is paid in small pieces: a Zelle from a client, a payout from a lead marketplace, a card-processor transfer. It spends in small pieces too. That makes the bank statement the only place the month adds up.

AI Bookkeeper now has a page for this (cleaning-bookkeeping) built on a made-up September of nine lines. With no rules taught, the importer files the three deposits as Sales ($1,285.00), fuel under vehicle and fuel, Jobber and Gusto as software, the Thumbtack lead fee as advertising and the liability policy as insurance. Profit is $837.20; a test pins those sums and each account.

One line is deliberately left blank: a Sam's Club buy of cleaning supplies. The payee alone cannot say whether it was supplies, snacks or something personal, so the tool asks rather than guesses. Helper wages paid in cash, cash tips and mileage between jobs are not on a bank file, and no real cleaner's export has been tried; one is wanted.

It is free, open source (MIT), runs in your browser and uploads nothing. Not accounting or tax advice.
