A pool route owner is paid through route software such as Skimmer and Poolbrain, plus the odd Zelle from a customer, and spends on chemicals from Leslie's and SCP Pool Corp, fuel, a helper and insurance. A generic categoriser files a chlorine order nowhere useful.
The AI Bookkeeper now has a pool service page with a made-up November: $4,255.00 in, $2,505.65 of costs, $1,749.35 before a $1,000 owner draw.
What changed. A new rule block files route-software payouts and customer Zelles as sales, pool distributors as supplies, route software as software and CPO certification as a licence. A warehouse-club run stays blank on purpose.
Caveat. The rules come from public company names, not from a real route's export, and the example is synthetic. Check the suggestions.
