Common questions

Does a 100% score mean the tender is safe to bid?

No. It means all seven readiness signals (deadline, bond, insurance, certification, mandatory pre-bid meeting or site visit, submission channel, questions/addenda) were found as phrases somewhere in the text you pasted — it is a keyword match, not a reading of whether the requirement is satisfiable or reasonable. Green means the phrase was found, not that the requirement is met, and the tool says so on screen.

Why does it say a signal was “not found” when I know the tender mentions it?

The checker looks for specific wording patterns (like "due", "deadline", "bid bond", "certificate of insurance") within 100 characters of a match; a solicitation that only discusses a requirement in an attachment, an addendum, or unusual phrasing won't be caught by these patterns. Always read the original document and any addenda yourself — the tool tells you this in its own warnings.

Does this replace reading the actual solicitation and attachments?

No. This is a heuristic first pass to flag what to look for before you spend hours preparing a bid, not a substitute for reading the full solicitation, its attachments, and any addenda. It is not legal or procurement advice.

Is the tender text I paste uploaded anywhere?

No. The check runs entirely in your browser against the text you paste; nothing is sent to a server. Only anonymous local usage counts are kept, and you can turn that off with the checkbox in the footer.
