What this does not do

It does not decide whether you are eligible, verify a notice, predict your chance of winning, or submit a bid. Use the shortlist as a review aid and check the original portal before relying on any detail.

Common questions

What CSV format does it expect?

Columns named title, buyer, deadline, category, value, url, with deadline as a sortable date string like 2026-09-18 and value as a plain number. Most tender portals export something close to this; if a column is named differently, rename the header row in your CSV before pasting it in, since the parser matches on those exact names.

Does the category filter understand synonyms, like “roofing” matching “roof repair”?

Type a comma-separated list — roofing, roof repair, reroof — and a row matches if any term appears in its category or title. It is still a plain text match, not a trade taxonomy or a fuzzy search, so a spelling you did not list (“re-roofing” with a hyphen, say) still needs adding by hand. This replaced an earlier version that only took one term and made you re-run the filter per spelling.

Does this tell me if I'm eligible to bid or improve my odds of winning?

No — as the section above states, it does not decide eligibility, verify a notice, predict your chance of winning, or submit a bid. It only sorts and filters a CSV you already have to a deadline-ordered shortlist; treat every row as something to confirm against the original portal.

Is my tender list uploaded anywhere?

No. Parsing and filtering happen entirely in your browser; listings are never uploaded, and there are no accounts, cookies, or analytics vendors. Only anonymous local usage counts are kept, and you can turn that off with the button in the footer.

Does it remember my pasted CSV if I close the tab?

Yes. Your pasted CSV and filter settings are saved to this browser's local storage after you create a shortlist, and are restored the next time you open the page -- so a workflow you use every week doesn't start from a blank textarea each time. Nothing is saved anywhere but this browser. Use "Clear saved data" to remove it.
