Keep this bid so it is still here when the customer calls back. Every number on this form is saved together, under a name you choose, along with the figure it gave you, and restoring one puts the whole job back exactly as you priced it. Mark each one won or lost when you hear — the ones you have not heard back on stay listed as waiting, with how long they have been out. Once a few have come back, this panel says how long yours actually take, and how many are still out past that. Once enough of them have been decided, it also says whether the bids you save here have been landing differently lately than they used to.

What should you charge to clean this array?
Put in your hourly rate, minutes per panel and costs. The planner prices each job to your target margin, shows the price per panel across array sizes so you can place your minimum call-out, packs a list of jobs into working days, sizes an annual plan, and gives you a payback check to show the homeowner why the clean is worth buying.
Planning arithmetic on your own numbers and stated assumptions.

Questions people ask
How much should I charge to clean solar panels?
Work out your cost for the job: crew labour over set-up, travel and cleaning time, plus vehicle and consumables. Then divide by one minus your target margin. This tool does that for each job and shows the price per panel, so you can see whether a flat per-panel rate or a minimum call-out is doing the work.
Why is a small array not worth a visit at a per-panel price?
Set-up and travel cost the same for 6 panels as for 30. The price curve shows the panel count at which your per-panel price covers that fixed time, and that is where a minimum call-out should sit.
Does cleaning solar panels pay for itself for the homeowner?
Only if the output dirt costs them is worth more than the clean. Enter their system size, yearly yield, electricity rate and an honest soiling-loss guess; the tool shows the value recovered, the net, and the soiling loss at which a clean breaks even.
Is this business advice?
No. It is arithmetic on the numbers you type in. Check access factors, roof safety, insurance and panel warranty terms before you rely on it.
Not decided
Roof safety and working-at-height rules, insurance, whether cleaning affects a panel warranty, water quality, weather and rain that cleans for free, panel tilt, and tax. Access factors are rough defaults, not measurements. The soiling loss is the customer's guess, not a reading from their inverter.
