1. The interview
Run as many interviews as you like: one per brand, product, client or topic. Each is saved separately in this browser.
Save, move or share your interviews
Answers are kept in this browser's local storage. Download a copy to keep them safe, move them to another device, or run the command-line version.
2. How much to post, and when
Answer the interview (or as much as you can), then build your plan.
| Platform | Format | Per week | Minutes each | Why this rhythm |
|---|
These rhythms are this tool's starting points, not measured benchmarks: a floor and an ideal per format, fitted to your hours with the cheapest formats first. Try them for a month and adjust to what you can keep up and what gets replies.
Your 4-week calendar
3. Drafts for every slot
Each draft is assembled from your answers and fitted to the platform's limits. Edit any draft in place; your edits are what gets copied and exported.
Optional: rewrite drafts in your voice with your own AI key
AI is off unless you set it up here. It sends your interview answers and the drafts straight from this browser to the provider you pick; your key stays in this browser and is never sent to us. The model is told to use only facts from your interview, and any AI draft that adds a number not in your interview is thrown away. If a call fails, the built-in draft stays. A model on your own computer (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp) needs no key and nothing leaves your machine: start Ollama with OLLAMA_ORIGINS=https://duncan-haywood.github.io, or turn on CORS in LM Studio's server settings.
Build your plan to see drafts here.
4. Export
This tool does not post anywhere. Review every draft, follow each platform's rules, label AI-generated content where a platform requires it (TikTok, YouTube and Meta ask creators to disclose realistic AI-generated or altered media), and do not use it for spam, fake accounts or fake reviews.
The CSV has one row per draft with the columns date, platform, format, title and text, which most schedulers and spreadsheets can import (map the columns on import).
Run it from the command line

Questions people ask
How do I turn one interview into content for every platform?
Answer the guided interview: who you are, who you serve, their problem, three to five real stories, your opinions, your advice, results you can show, and your offer. The studio turns each answer into a different angle and reshapes it for each platform: a short post for X, Threads and Bluesky, a longer post for LinkedIn, a script for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, slides for a carousel, a newsletter issue and a blog article.
How often should I post on each platform?
There is no single right number. The studio starts from a floor and an ideal rhythm for each format, then fits them to the hours a week you say you have, cheapest formats first, and tells you which platforms your time cannot cover. Treat the numbers as a starting point for a month, then adjust to what you can keep up and what gets replies.
Does it make up facts or results?
No. The built-in drafts are assembled only from your own answers, with short connecting phrases. If you turn on AI, it is told to use only facts from your interview, and any AI draft containing a number that is not in your interview is thrown away and the original draft kept.
Do I need an AI key?
No. Every draft works without one. Optionally, add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenAI-compatible key, or point it at a model on your own computer (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp), to rewrite drafts in your voice. The key stays in your browser and goes only to the provider you pick.
Does it post for me?
No. It never posts anywhere. Copy drafts one by one, or export a CSV with date, platform, format, title and text to import into the scheduler you already use, then review and post yourself.
