Interview Content Studio · guide
"Post every day everywhere" is advice almost nobody can follow for long. A better question is how much you can keep up, on which platforms, with the hours you really have, and where the ideas come from. This page sets out the starting rhythms the studio uses, how it fits them to your time, and how one interview supplies a month of material.
Each format has a floor (the least that keeps it alive) and an ideal, both counted over four weeks, and a rough number of minutes per piece when you edit a draft from the studio rather than start from a blank page (filming included for video). These are the studio's starting assumptions, not measured benchmarks. Try them for a month and move them to what you can sustain and what gets replies.

Platform-set limits: X posts 280 characters (each link counts as 23), Threads 500, Bluesky 300, LinkedIn posts 3,000, Instagram captions 2,200 with at most 30 hashtags, Facebook posts 63,206, YouTube titles 100 and descriptions 5,000, Reddit titles 300 and text posts 40,000, Pinterest titles 100 and descriptions 500. A "~" marks a guideline rather than a hard limit (search titles, meta descriptions, email subjects), where the studio warns instead of cutting. Everything else (hook length, slide and beat counts, a 2,200-character TikTok caption) is the studio's own conservative choice. Platforms change their limits, so check before relying on one.
The studio turns your hours a week into a minutes budget for four weeks and spends it in three passes: first one piece of each platform's main format (cheapest platforms first, so more of them get covered), then every format up to its floor, then up towards its ideal, one piece at a time, cheapest first in each round. Whatever the budget cannot reach is listed as "not this month", not silently dropped, so you can choose between adding time and dropping a platform.
Worked example, from the studio itself: LinkedIn, Instagram and a newsletter at 3 hours a week.
| Format | Pieces in 4 weeks | Per week |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn post | 6 | 1.5 |
| Instagram feed post | 6 | 1.5 |
| Instagram reel | 5 | 1.3 |
| Instagram carousel | 3 | 0.8 |
| Newsletter issue | 2 | 0.5 |
That uses about 176 minutes of the 180 a week. Every format is at or above its floor and below its ideal, so extra time would go to the cheapest formats first: LinkedIn posts, then Instagram feed posts.
The interview asks for raw material, not posts: who you serve and their problem in their words, three to five real stories with what you learned, opinions people would argue with, advice you give again and again, results you can show, and the one thing you want people to do next. Each answer becomes an angle. The calendar gives every day one theme, so the same story appears as a hook on X, a short post with its lesson on LinkedIn, a 30 to 60 second script for Reels and TikTok, and a fuller version in the newsletter, each in the shape that platform expects. Roughly one piece in five carries your offer; the rest give value with no ask. Reddit drafts never carry one.
Because the drafts are assembled only from your answers, they cannot contain a result you did not give. If you add AI on your own key, the model is held to the same rule: a rewrite that adds a number not in your interview is thrown away.
As many times as it can keep up for months, on the platforms where its customers are. A rhythm you can hold beats a burst you abandon. The studio starts each format at a floor and an ideal rhythm, then fits them to your hours and tells you which platforms your time cannot cover.
Start from one idea, such as a story, an opinion or a tip, and reshape it rather than copy it: a one-line hook for X, Threads and Bluesky, a short story with a lesson for LinkedIn, a 30 to 60 second script for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, slides for a carousel, and a fuller version for a newsletter or article. The studio gives each day one theme and drafts it for every platform posting that day.
