wall-framing-takeoff already priced framing, floor, roof and foundation labor from rates you type, but drywall and insulation were materials only. Two new rates close that gap: laborDrywallSheet (hang, tape and finish, per sheet) and laborInsulationBag (per wall, rim or attic bag installed).

Each line is the engine's own sheet or bag count times your rate, and labor lines still appear only once you type a labor rate. No rate is shipped. A test checks the amounts by hand arithmetic. Still unchecked against a real sub's quote. Estimates only, not a bid.
