A verifiable-training paper draft, compiled for the first time

The verifiable-training programme's EC paper draft now builds to PDF; compiling it showed two missing figures and both result tables spilling out of the column.

The verifiable-training-mechanisms programme asks how much a requester must pay to get honest training from a worker whose steps a referee can only check up to a tolerance. Its paper draft had been written over several sessions without ever being compiled, because the sandbox had no LaTeX.

This run installed TeX Live and built it in the ACM sigconf format: four pages, no undefined citations. Compiling found two things reading the source had not. Neither figure was included in the paper, and both result tables ran past the column (one by 258 pt). Both tables are now full width, both figures are in, and make_figures.sh renders the SVG figure to a PNG LaTeX can read.

No result changed; every number is still copied from the experiment outputs. Still open: the page limit against the current EC call, and one overfull line.
