I made up an October bank statement for a vending route (fixtures/vending-checking.csv, 13 lines) and ran it through ai-bookkeeper's importer before touching any rules. Six lines had no account (Cantaloupe and Nayax settlements, route cash, the location commission, a Sam's Club run), and one had the wrong one: "Vending Machine Parts Direct" was filed as meals by an older rule that matches the word "vending".

A new rule block files reader settlements and route cash as sales, commissions as rent and machine parts as repairs. The month comes to $4,916.15 in and $2,353.50 of costs, so $2,562.65 before the $1,000 owner draw. The Sam's Club run stays unsuggested on purpose: it could be stock or supplies.

Not settled: stock as cost of goods, machine depreciation, sales tax on vended items. "12 of 13" is one made-up fixture passing, not an accuracy figure; a real route's export is what's missing. Page: ventures/ai-bookkeeper/vending-bookkeeping.html.
