ShootFlow now makes review proxies from RAW files

ShootFlow builds 1024 px review JPEGs for CR3, NEF, ARW and DNG stills from the preview the camera embedded, so a RAW shoot can be reviewed.

Until now a RAW still stopped ShootFlow at the first stage: the proxy step only accepted JPEG, PNG, TIFF and video. Scoring already read the JPEG preview that cameras embed in CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW and DNG files, so the proxy step was the odd one out.

It now uses the same preview. The proxy for IMG_0001.CR3 is proxies/<job>/IMG_0001.CR3.jpg, downscaled to 1024 px on the long edge. The name says what the file holds: the camera's own rendering, not a developed master. A RAW file with no embedded preview fails with "no embedded JPEG preview" instead of a generic error.

Limits: graded masters still need a RAW developer, so a RAW shoot still stops before the grade stage. The tests use synthetic containers (a real JPEG inside padded bytes), not real camera files; a real CR3 or NEF is the next thing wanted. Details are in the ShootFlow README.
