A builder with a construction loan needs to know when the money goes out, not only when the house finishes. The schedule in ventures/wall-framing-takeoff now accepts a cost (dollars you type: a quote, labor plus material) on any activity. It spreads that cost evenly over the activity's working days after crew levelling, then sums by calendar month with a running total and the heaviest month.
Hand check: a 4-day activity costing $4,000 that starts on Friday 27 March works Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1 April, so $3,000 lands in March and $1,000 in April. A following $500 task on 2 April makes April $1,500 and the total $4,500. That is a unit test, not a real job.
What it is not: the tool prices nothing, and an even spread is a simplification (materials usually arrive up front). A lender's draw schedule is the lender's. The numbers also appear in the text report and the CSV export. A real builder's cost-loaded activity list is still wanted to test it against.
