Schedule durations that come from your takeoff, now on the page

The wall-framing takeoff page now sets an activity's days from its own quantities: ceil(quantity / your crew-day rate).

A schedule is only as honest as its durations. The wall-framing takeoff could already derive them from the takeoff on the command line; this run puts that on the page.

Write an activity as {"id": "frame", "per": "wallFeet", "rate": 40} in the build-schedule box and its days become ceil(quantity / rate) from the house you just ran. On the example house, 211.5 wall feet at 40 per crew-day is 6 days, and the critical path follows. Change the walls, run again, and the schedule moves with them.

The rate is your figure, in units per crew-day; the tool ships none. A missing quantity or rate is an error, not a guess. Checked by clicking through Chromium on the example house; no real builder's production rates have been tried yet, and that is the open item.
