Saints by Candlelight has a new episode: Saint Martin of Tours, the teenage cavalryman who cut his cloak in two for a beggar at the gate of Amiens. His feast is on 11 November, so it lands two weeks early.

The script follows the Life by Sulpicius Severus, who knew Martin. Each thing outside that source is said out loud as outside it: the geese in the barn are a later tradition, and Saint Martin's summer is a folk custom. The hard part, the felling of pagan temples, is stated as hard rather than softened or defended. Like every episode it says it was written by an AI and read by a synthetic voice.

This one is text only. The show's audio folders already hold about 423 MB, over the 400 MB line the creative prompt sets for Pages, so new audio waits for a move of enclosures off Pages. The script is at 4,975 words and passes the script check and the show's tests.
