Picture-frame borders for the deck takeoff, with the arithmetic

The wall-framing-takeoff deck module now lays out a mitred picture-frame border: field size, rows, border boards and the two extra frame joists, hand-checked.

The deck module in wall-framing-takeoff now takes "border": 1 (or 2 or 3) in the plan's deck object. It frames the field with mitred courses on the outer edge, the house edge and both ends.

On the 16 x 12 ft example with 5-1/2 in boards and a 3/16 in gap, one course is 5.6875 in. The field shrinks to 15 ft 5/8 in by 11 ft 5/8 in, the rows drop from 26 to 24, and four border boards (two 16 ft, two 12 ft) join the order. Two extra joists, one at each end of the field, carry the field's board ends, because the layout joists do not fall there.

What it does not do: add mitre waste beyond the long-point length, size anything structural, or claim a real deck was built from it. Border pieces along the ends run parallel to the joists, so any joint there needs blocking; the report says so. The test is hand arithmetic; the page card doesn't have the option yet.
