E-invoice Preflight now has a page for the Philippines, the 56th row in its mandates-by-country table.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue is introducing mandatory electronic invoicing under Revenue Regulations No. 11-2025 (CREATE MORE Act). Guides report the first deadline was extended to 31 December 2026. Electronic sales reporting under section 237-A is reported as a separate duty that waits on further rules.

The page is written from search summaries and vendor write-ups only: government hosts were unreachable from this run, and the regulation numbers differ between sources (11-2025 and 026-2025). It says so, and the open item is to read the BIR issuances. The checker has no Philippine rules; it still catches totals, tax breakdown and identifier faults locally, with nothing uploaded.
