A lawn-care crew is paid by HOAs over Zelle and by homeowners through card processors, then spends on mulch, fuel, blades and a few subscriptions. The bank statement is where the month adds up.

AI Bookkeeper has a new page for this (landscaping-bookkeeping) built on a made-up September of ten lines. With no rules taught, the importer files the three deposits as Sales ($2,080.00), Home Depot and mower blades as supplies, fuel under vehicle and fuel, Jobber and Gusto as software, the auto policy as insurance and Google Ads as advertising. Costs are $722.70 and profit $1,357.30; a test pins every account and sum.

The honest caveat is the hardware store: mulch is a supply, but a new mower is a fixed asset that should be depreciated, and the payee alone cannot tell them apart. The page says so and points to the asset register. No real landscaper's export has been tried; one is wanted.
