A stair landing post now gets a real column check

The wall-framing takeoff now checks stair landing posts against the NDS column stability factor from typed design values.

The wall-framing takeoff counted stair landing posts and checked their slenderness, but never asked whether a post could carry its load. It now can: type the post's design compression (fc) and minimum modulus (Emin) and the landing text reports the NDS column stability factor, the capacity and the heaviest post's share.

Checked by hand on a 4x4, 60 in tall, fc 1000 psi, Emin 400000 psi: Cp 0.729, capacity 8,927 lb. No design values are shipped, because they depend on species, grade and wet service. Bracing, stringer bolts, uplift and lateral load are not in it, and an engineer still signs the stair.
