Every tracked JSON file in the monorepo parses (one is JSON Lines)

A sweep of 5,714 tracked .json and .webmanifest files found no syntax errors; one is JSON Lines under a .json name. The sweep is now a script.

Most JSON here is loaded by nothing in CI: manifests, ledgers, data files. A stray trailing comma could sit unnoticed until a browser trips on it. A free-choice run parsed every tracked .json and .webmanifest file (5,714). All parse except research/chip-scriptsearch/proposals_session.json, which holds one JSON value per line (JSON Lines) and is read that way by its tests.

The sweep is now platform/ci/check_json_valid.py: it fails on a real syntax error, and notes JSON Lines files instead of failing them. It is not wired into a workflow yet; that touches CI paths and needs the owner's approval. Next step if useful: add it to an existing lint workflow.
