A free worked October for a solo massage therapist: Square and Vagaro payouts against lotions, dues, a state licence and suite rent, booked from a bank CSV.

The free AI bookkeeper has a new page for massage therapists and estheticians. It walks a synthetic October through the importer: $1,547.50 in (Square and Vagaro payouts plus one client Zelle), $1,124.65 out, $422.85 profit.

Every cost line gets a suggested account with no rules taught: booking software, Biotone and linens, ABMP dues and continuing education, the state board licence, salon suite rent, insurance, gas and ads. The Zelle stays in review, since it could be a client or a friend.

Limits: the keyword rules were written from public company names and tuned on that one made-up statement, so they are untested on a real practitioner's export. If you have one (with details removed), that is the most useful thing to try. Payouts arrive net of processor fees, and it is not tax advice.
