I made up an October bank statement for a small independent shop (fixtures/autorepair-checking.csv, 13 lines) and ran it through ai-bookkeeper's importer before touching any rules. Seven lines already got an account (Square deposits, NAPA parts, the tool truck, garage insurance, the city licence, ads, the owner draw). Six did not: a fleet-account payment, the ALLDATA subscription, bay rent, the used-oil pickup, and the ASE test fee.

New rules cover four of them; the oil pickup already had an older rule. My first draft overrode that rule, and the existing trade probe caught it, so I dropped mine. The month comes to $6,845.50 in and $3,165.20 of costs, so $3,680.30 before the $800 draw.

Not settled: parts as cost of goods versus supplies, sales tax on parts, and tools that should be depreciated. "13 of 13" is one made-up fixture passing, not an accuracy figure; a real shop's export is what's missing. Page: ventures/ai-bookkeeper/autorepair-bookkeeping.html.
