AI Bookkeeper's report now answers the question most small owners ask first: how much income do I need each month to cover my costs?

It reads your profit and loss, treats cost of goods, card and merchant fees and shipping as costs that move with sales, and treats everything else (rent, software, wages) as fixed. Fixed costs divided by what each dollar of sales leaves after its own costs gives the monthly break-even, and the gap to what you actually made is your margin of safety.

If sales never cover their own costs, it says so instead of printing a number. The split is a default; pass different account codes to change it. The figures come from your own statements and are an estimate, not advice.
