WEDDING FLOWER ORDER OPTIMIZER · RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER · NOTHING UPLOADED

What is the cheapest wholesale order that covers every stem this event needs?

List each flower with the stems your recipes need in total, then the wholesaler's pack sizes and prices (a bunch and, if they sell one, a bigger box). The tool adds your damage allowance, tries every mix of the two packs, and returns the cheapest order that covers the event, with spare stems, the saving over buying the small pack only, and your flower cost as a share of the client's budget.

Arithmetic on figures you type. The example flowers and prices are placeholders, not any wholesaler's.

Stems needed is the total across every recipe. Pack A is the smaller pack (a bunch); pack B is optional (a box or case). Leave pack B blank if there is only one.

Questions florists ask

How many flowers should I order for a wedding?

Add up the stems in every bouquet, centrepiece and installation recipe, then add an allowance for stems that arrive damaged or are lost in conditioning. Ten percent is a common starting point for roses and more for delicate flowers. This tool adds that allowance and rounds up to the packs your wholesaler really sells.

Is it cheaper to buy a bigger wholesale box?

Often, but only if you can use the extra stems. The tool tries every number of big boxes and fills the rest with bunches, then returns the cheapest order that still covers what you need, and shows how many spare stems come with it.

How much should flowers cost against the client's budget?

Many florists aim for flowers to be around a third of what the client pays, with labour, hard goods and delivery covering the rest. Enter the client's flower budget and the tool shows your wholesale cost as a share of it.

What does the tool not know?

Wholesale prices change by week and season, minimum order values, delivery fees, substitutions and shelf life are yours to weigh. It does the pack arithmetic on the numbers you type.

Not decided

Which wholesaler to use, this week's prices and availability, minimum order values and delivery fees, substitutions, shelf life and how early to order, and what to charge the client. Those are yours to weigh.
