Everything runs in your browser. Your project notes are never uploaded, and there is no account or server. Each entry you create is saved in this browser's local storage (not to any server) so you can build a combined, multi-day pack later — delete a single entry or clear everything at any time from the history list above, or clear your browser's site data. Anonymous feature counts are separate, stay off until you opt in below, honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and contain no project content.
Free and open source. If it helped you build a same-day evidence pack, the code is under an MIT licence — support is entirely optional and never changes what the tool does.
Common questions
Does an evidence pack prove a change order or delay claim?
No. The footer says it outright: evidence, not a compliance or payment guarantee. It gives you a dated, structured JSON record of what you typed on the day; whether that supports a claim still depends on your contract terms and what actually happened on site.
What do the flags under the evidence pack mean?
They point out gaps in what you filled in — no crew listed, no site conditions, or a change/delay entry with no requester or no description — so you notice a thin record before it's the only thing you have. They check completeness, not whether what you wrote is accurate.
Does my log get saved anywhere, or do I need to download it before closing the tab?
Yes, now: each entry you submit is saved in this browser (local storage), so it is still there next time you open the page in the same browser on the same device. Nothing is uploaded. It's specific to this browser — a different browser, a different device, or clearing site data won't have it — so still download or copy anything you need to keep somewhere else.
Can I get one record spanning multiple days, not just today?
Yes. The project log history section lists every entry saved in this browser, filtered to the project name you typed if any. "Download combined evidence pack" bundles all of them — sorted by date, with review notes from every day — into one JSON file, instead of one download per day. "Download CSV (spreadsheet)" bundles the same saved entries into one spreadsheet-ready file, one row per day, with every field the form collects, for sorting, filtering, or handing to someone who wants a spreadsheet instead of JSON.
Does anything I type leave my browser?
No. The log, the change/delay details, the generated evidence pack, and the saved history are all built, stored, and downloaded locally; nothing is uploaded to a server.

Need a margin-aware price for the change rather than the evidence pack? The change order margin calculator turns added labor and direct costs into a walk-away floor and approval summary — nothing uploaded.
