WH-347 certified payroll report builder

Enter each worker's hours by day, the wage determination rates and what you withheld. You get the weekly payroll sheet in WH-347 column order, a prevailing-wage check on every row, and overtime that treats cash fringe correctly. Free, no account, nothing leaves your browser.

1. The payroll

2. Workers

Hours are for this project. "Other jobs" is the hours the same person worked elsewhere that week, which only matters for the 40-hour overtime line. ID is the last four digits only.

Common questions

Is this the official DOL WH-347 form?

No. It fills the same columns as the WH-347 payroll sheet (hours by day, total hours, rate, gross earned on the project, deductions, net) and checks each row against the wage determination you type in. You still sign the Statement of Compliance on the back of the official form or your agency's equivalent. DOL publishes the form and its instructions on dol.gov.

How are overtime hours decided?

Hours over 40 in the workweek are overtime, counting hours the worker put in on other jobs that week, which you enter in the other-jobs column. Those hours are assumed to come first, so overtime lands on this project's hours last. If your timekeeping splits it differently, enter the hours that way and check the result.

Does overtime include fringe benefits?

Cash paid in lieu of fringe is part of the overtime regular rate and gets the premium. A contribution to a bona fide plan does not. Each row applies that rule, and flags the dollars a base-only payroll system would have underpaid.

Do I enter full Social Security numbers?

No. The form asks for the last four digits only, and this page refuses anything longer. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, stored, or put in a link.

What does it leave out?

Which wage determination applies, whether the contract is covered, apprentice registration, fringe plan qualification, the Statement of Compliance and state prevailing wage forms that differ from the WH-347. Rates are what you type.
