Two sessions added a per-riser stair labor line to the budget at the same time, so on main it was counted twice. This change keeps one and adds what was still missing: the connector at the top and the anchor at the foot of every stringer (stairConnector) and solid riser boards (stairRiserBoard, when a stair names a riserBoard), across every flight. Stair lumber was already in the cutting-stock order. Guards and handrails are still unpriced, and no price ships with the tool.
