Stepped footings now have a box on the page

The wall-framing takeoff's foundation card now takes footing steps (rise and run per line) on the page, not only in the plan file.

On a sloping lot the perimeter footing steps down. The takeoff has computed that since 2026-10-29 (extra stem height, step-riser blocks, a note when a step is steeper than 1 to 2), but only from the plan file or the CLI.

The foundation card now has a "Footing steps" box: one rise, run, name per line. Typing 16, 96, east slope adds the stepped-footing note and the extra concrete to the card, and the lines save to and restore from the plan file. A browser step in eval-browser-click.mjs types it into Chromium and checks the output.

Limits are unchanged: hand-arithmetic tests only, no real stepped plan checked, and the extra digging is not counted.
