Hold a framing schedule to the lumber delivery date

The free construction schedule page now documents notBefore dates: an activity cannot start until a delivery or permit date you type.

A critical-path schedule that assumes the lumber is on site the moment the slab cures is wrong whenever the truck is late. Each activity on the schedule page can carry a notBefore date ("YYYY-MM-DD"): the earliest it may start, for a delivery, a permit or a long-lead window order. The page's example now holds rough plumbing to 3 April. That date falls inside its slack, so the finish stays 29 April but plumbing joins the critical path with no slack left.

The date is yours, not a forecast. The engine landed earlier the same day with hand-checked tests, including under crew levelling; this change is the page text and example, loaded in Chromium. No real builder's activity list has been run through it yet.
