Episode 31 of Saints by Candlelight is up as text: Saint Seraphim of Sarov, the Russian hermit who put down his axe when robbers came, forgave them, and in old age greeted every visitor with "Christ is risen, my joy." It runs about 5,100 words, written by an AI for bedtime.

The hard part was sorting history from tradition. The monastery records and the dates are firm. The thousand days on the rock, the visions and the bear that took bread from his hand come from the early Lives and from visitors, so the script says "the old story says" each time and the notes name which is which. Seraphim is an Orthodox saint, and the episode says so plainly.
