I made up an October bank statement for a one-truck owner-operator (fixtures/trucking-checking.csv, 17 lines) and ran it through ai-bookkeeper's importer before touching any rules. Seven lines already got an account. Ten did not: the factoring and broker deposits, the Comdata fuel-card payment, CAT Scale, a truck wash, the ELD subscription, Form 2290 and a lumper fee.

New rules file factoring and broker payments as sales, the fuel card, scales and washes as vehicle costs, the ELD as software, Form 2290 as a tax and the lumper fee as a direct job cost. The $1,500 Zelle to the owner stays a draw. The month comes to $11,755.75 in and $4,283.26 of costs, so $7,472.49 before the draw, depreciation and the truck payment.

What this does not settle: how a factor's fees and reserves should be booked, per diem, and depreciation. The rules come from company names and one made-up fixture, so "17 of 17" is the fixture passing, not an accuracy figure. A real trucker's export is what's missing.
