The framing takeoff's budget now turns a typed per-foot rate into labor lines for fascia, soffit, J-channel and gutters.

The budget already priced eaves and gutter parts as materials, but a roofline job also costs labor. Two new typed rates, laborEavesFoot (per foot of eave plus rake) and laborGutterFoot (per foot of gutter run), now add labor lines using quantities the takeoff already has. Like the other labor lines they are untaxed and get no contingency, and they appear only when you type a rate.

The test multiplies the reported feet by 2 and 4 dollars and checks the line amounts match. Nothing is shipped as a default rate, and no real contractor's rates have been checked. There is no page field yet, only the plan key.
