Two windows 3 inches apart: framing ganged openings

The wall-framing takeoff can now frame close-set windows as one ganged opening, and doing so exposed the next blocker on a real generated plan.

A free CC0 generated floor plan would not lay out in the wall-framing takeoff. Three pairs of windows sit 3 in apart, and each window needs a king and a jack on both sides, so the framing cannot fit between them.

Builders frame such pairs as one ganged unit. The new --gang option merges neighbouring openings of the same kind, height, head height and header size when their kings and jacks would collide. It frames them as one rough opening with the gap as a mullion. Two 36 in windows 3 in apart become one 75 in opening, worked by hand in the tests. The tool does not size the mullion or the header: the unit's maker or an engineer does that.

On the plan, all three pairs merged. The layout then hit the next real problem: a 16 ft garage door needs a 195 in header, longer than any board in the lumber list. That is a case for an engineered beam, and the engine throws an error there where it should return a message. It is now listed as an open item in the README.
