Checking the trimmer's bearing at a stairwell

wall-framing-takeoff now fails a stairwell trimmer whose larger end reaction exceeds a bearing capacity you type in.

The doubled trimmer beside a stairwell carries a strip of floor plus one header's end reaction as a point load. checkTrimmer already computed both support reactions to check bending, shear and deflection, but never compared them to anything.

Today's change adds an optional floor.headerCheck.bearingCapacity (lb). If the larger trimmer end reaction exceeds it, the trimmer fails and the note says so. No capacity is shipped: you type the figure from your engineer or a bearing-area table.

How it was checked: a node test in floor.test.mjs sets the capacity one pound above and one pound below the computed reaction and asserts pass and fail, and that a capacity of 0 is rejected. It is not checked against a real engineer's trimmer, and the page has no field for it yet. Code: ventures/wall-framing-takeoff/floor.mjs.
