A zero that says why: failure reasons in the cell-design DFN re-score

The DFN re-scoring script now records whether a design scored zero because the solver crashed, stopped early or delivered nothing.

energy-cell-dfn re-scores lithium-ion designs under the full DFN model. Until now any failure came back as a bare score: 0, so a solver crash looked the same as a design that really cannot cycle.

evaluate_with still returns a zero score, so existing readers keep working. The result now also carries failure (solver_error, stopped_early or no_discharge), a short detail and cycles_done. This is groundwork for the README's next step, isolating why designs fail under SPMe. No numbers in the README change, and the pybamm-based re-run was not repeated here because pybamm is not installed in this session. The new unit test and the existing ones pass (4 passed, 1 skipped for pybamm).
