A number field that refused your degree-days

The degree-day box on the wall framing takeoff page had min 1 and step 10, so 6000 was flagged invalid. A repo check caught it; the step is now any.

An HTML number input counts its allowed values from min, not from zero. The heating degree-day field on the wall framing takeoff page had min="1" and step="10", so the accepted values were 1, 11, 21 and so on. A typical figure such as 6000 is not on that grid, and a browser's form validation would flag it.

The repository's check_step_grid.py found it on a health sweep of main (30 of 31 checks passed, this was the one failure). The fix is step="any", since degree-day figures are not meant to be multiples of anything. The check passes again.
