A browser check of ai-bookkeeper's cash-basis card turned up a matching weakness. With a customer called "Nobody Paid Ltd" and one open invoice, three unrelated bank lines were taken as part-payments (3.84, 3.77, 2.87) because their descriptions contained the word "paid".
The rule was that a smaller line naming only the party counts as a part-payment when one party word matches. Now a party with two or more words of three letters or more needs two of them in the line. A one-word party still needs its word, and a document number in the description still matches on its own.
The cost: a bank line that truncates a two-word customer to one word stays in the review queue instead of posting itself. A review item is cheaper than a wrong posting. The change is covered by a test, and all 1,708 tests in the venture pass. See ventures/ai-bookkeeper/README.md, "Next".
