1. Your earnings file
Columns looked for, under several spellings each: an amount, as Amount or Price (read as before TikTok Shop's fee) and/or Earnings or Net (what you keep). Used when present: Date, Type (order, tip, refund, withdrawal), Status (cancelled, pending or clearing), Product, Buyer, Service fee, Hours. These are assumed names, not TikTok Shop's documented ones. Without a Type column, a negative amount is read as a refund and a description mentioning withdrawal as a withdrawal.
2. Your costs, hours and target (all optional)
Hours are used only if you enter them; TikTok Shop does not record your time and the tool does not guess it.
The name can be part of the product name in the file. Leave commas out of names.

The model, and what it leaves out
- Observed fee. Fees divided by order value, taken from the file's fee column, or from amount minus earnings. Only when the file has neither is the percentage you enter applied, and the page says so under the result.
- Reconciles. The per-product rows add up to the totals at the top, and take-home is net revenue minus refunds, minus your cost per order, minus withdrawal fees.
- Refunds are rows typed as refund, dispute or adjustment, or with a negative amount; they reduce net by the earnings figure on the row, or the amount if that is all it has. Cancelled orders are counted and left out of revenue.
- Withdrawals are rows typed as withdrawal or payout to a method. Their cost is the fee column, or the gap between the two amounts; currency conversion appears only if the file shows it that way.
- Still clearing means a status of pending, clearing, processing or in progress. It stays in the totals and is shown separately; the clearing period itself is set by TikTok Shop for your account.
- Repeat buyers have two or more orders in the file, using the buyer names the file gives.
- Not modelled: taxes, the buyer's own service fee, TikTok Shop Connect or Ads spend beyond what you type as a cost, currency effects not in the file, your unbilled time, and anything not in the file.
Common questions
How much does TikTok Shop actually take from a seller?
Only what your file shows. If your export has a service fee column, or both an order amount and your earnings, the tool computes the fee it actually observed as fees divided by order value. The rate can differ between rows because of payment processing, discovery-sourced sales, adjustments or a changed fee schedule, so the tool reports the observed rate and only falls back to the percentage you type (6 by default, an assumption, not TikTok Shop’s rate) when the file has no fee information at all. The buyer-side fee is separate and is not part of what you keep.
What is my real take-home per order?
Take-home is your net order and tip revenue, minus refunds, minus any cost per order you enter, minus withdrawal fees found in the file, divided by the number of orders. It is shown next to the average order value so you can see how much of a typical price you actually keep.
What price do I need to charge to take home a target amount?
Enter the take-home you want per order. The break-even price is (target + your cost per order) divided by (1 minus the fee rate), and a second figure also allows for your own refund rate. It uses the fee rate observed in your file, or the percentage you enter when the file has none.
Does the tool rank products by profit per hour?
Only when you supply hours. TikTok Shop does not record your time, so hours per order come from an optional Hours column, a line per product, or one default figure you type. Without hours the tool ranks products by take-home only and says so.
Are the column names right for my export?
They are matched by alias, and no real TikTok Shop export was available when this was built, so nothing here claims to know TikTok Shop's exact headers. The page lists the columns it looks for and, if a row cannot be read, names the line and the reason. A sheet with Date, Type, Status, Product, Buyer, Amount, Service Fee and Net always works.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read in your browser tab and never leaves your device. There are no accounts, and the only counters are anonymous feature events kept in local storage on your device, which you can turn off.
Is this tax or financial advice?
No. It applies arithmetic to the file and the costs you type. It is independent of TikTok Shop and not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok Shop, Inc.
