This website is run by Saint Aelred's Abbey. This page says what happens to what you send us.
Forms
The vocation, prayer, guesthouse and contact forms do not send anything by themselves: they open your own email program with your message ready, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there. We use what you send only to reply to you, to pray for your intention, or, for a vocation inquiry, to accompany your discernment. We do not sell it or share it outside the community.
Gifts
Online gifts are made on our payment provider's own pages, under its privacy policy. We receive your name, contact details and gift so we can thank you and, where the law allows, send a receipt.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Pages that link to a payment provider, a map, a video or a shop take you to that service, which has its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to office@example.org.
