Schedule every division of your club on the same courts

A club with U10, U12 and adult divisions has one set of courts, not one per division. List the divisions, name the shared courts (put a court at a venue with Field 1 @ Park), and get one schedule where no court is booked twice, teams that share a coach or players are never in two places at once, and each team plays at the same venue as last time where it can. Unavoidable clashes are listed, never hidden.

One team per line, written Division/Team: dates (a range works: 2026-11-05 to 2026-11-19). A match on one of these nights moves to the next night both teams are free

6. Rainouts (optional)

One per line: a date alone cancels the night; add a division or Division/Team to cancel just those matches; end with -> 2026-12-01 to name the make-up night Keep home and away in order: pick the make-up night that breaks a team's home/away pattern least (ends the season a few days later) Flip home and away on a moved match when that cuts the breaks (no delay; single round robins) Move a make-up to an earlier night already on the calendar when that cuts the breaks (no delay) Trade two make-ups' nights when that cuts the breaks (no delay)

Common questions

How do I schedule several divisions on the same courts?

List each division on its own line as Division: team, team, team. Name the shared courts and time slots, pick the start date and play days, and click Build. Each division keeps its own fair round robin; the page then decides which divisions play on which night and gives every match a court and a time without booking any court twice.

What if the same coach or player is on two teams?

Add a link such as U10/Hawks, U12/Hawks. Linked teams are kept out of the same time slot on a night, and out of back-to-back slots at different venues. If a clash cannot be avoided, it is listed under Conflicts rather than hidden.

Can courts be at different venues?

Yes. Write a court as Field 1 @ Park. Each team plays at the venue it used last time where it can, so families make fewer trips between the park and the school gym.

Does it handle a closed court or a holiday?

Yes. Skip dates remove a night for everyone, and court closures such as Gym A: 2026-12-03 take one court out on that date; the matches move to the other courts.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything is calculated in your browser, nothing is sent to a server, and there are no accounts.
