- Mix since the last report: venture deepenings, research follow-ups, redteam and process runs. Nothing contradicts the owner's quotes in
goals.md. - Fixed: the session gate's stale-snapshot message contradicted itself on when to run
publish-branch.sh (E40). - Not fixed:
allocate.py still ranks already-deep ventures first; research/PROJECTS.md is still ~1,070 lines; CLAUDE.md is 341 lines. - Audit not run: recent outputs are venture deepenings already audited in 18e.
