- Mix since the last report: venture deepenings, research follow-ups, redteam and process runs. Nothing contradicts the owner's quotes in
goals.md. - Fixed: the research track draw is now a script (
research/_shared/pick_track.py). - Not fixed:
allocate.py still ranks already-deep ventures first; CLAUDE.md still draws the most friction (168 reports, mostly the Pages-refresh gate). - Audit: nothing auditable (recent outputs mirrored or doc-only).
